ACHIEVEMENTS

My greatest achievements have been in helping people realize their home-ownership dreams while overcoming obstacles along the way. Not all sales in real estate are "clear sailing". There are many wind storms and even some hurricanes that pop up, and I love using my problem-solving to get through them to the calm. It is very satisfying to help people reach their home-ownership goals.

I have played active and collaborative roles on several committees (as chair, vice-chair, secretary, or just a contributor).  Some examples are the District Parents Advisory Committee in Mission, Hillside Elementary PAC (later Hillside Traditional Academy), church council, Jester's Theatre Costume Crew, and my strata council. I can guide you and/or work alongside you to best reach your goals.

In 2001, I independently founded a women's soccer team from the ground up. This put my organizational skills to work, and the result was that 22 more women had a team to play on, instead of not being able to find a team.  (As of 2026, they are still an active team in the MWSL.)
